The Little Mill Plain Wholemeal Flour
€2.90Our wholemeal flour has been produced using traditional stoneground milling methods, which means unlike refined flour it retains all of its nutritional goodness, B & E vitamins, antioxidants, fibre, protein, minerals and healthy oils.
We produce our Stoneground Wholemeal at the Little Mill in Bennettsbridge. The mill has a long history and is the only commercial mill of its kind still in operation. The old leather belts that still drive the mill stones date back to pre-war times. The friction created by milling on traditional stones gives our flours a unique nutty flavour profile. Our mission at the Mill is to produce speciality products of unique artisan quality.
