Dunany Organic Flour is grown, dried, milled and packaged in Dunany, Co Louth by the Workman Family.
Dunany Farm is a traditional 4th generation enterprise, producing full symbol organic cereals since 2006. Our high standard, quality grain – particularly wheat – produces a wholesome, nutty, coarse-grained flour which is exceptionally good in traditional soda bread recipes. Our Spelt and Rye flours make tasty low gluten breads.
We make our golden organic corn flakes with delicious, organic ingredients and no added nasties – just wholesome, down-to-earth goodness and a dose of corn-ripening sunshine. Splash over some ice-cold milk, throw in some fresh berries if you fancy it, and start your day with a crunch.
The Little Mill scone mix made by the Mosse Family in Co. Kilkenny makes beautifully fresh baked scones that are a perfect mid-morning or tea-time treat. Slice them in half and cover with lashings of whipped cream and your favourite jam.
