Our Rye & Linseed crackers are handmade for us in West Cork. We use Rye Flour, stoneground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills in Co Cork, and unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil with brown linseeds (flaxseeds) baked into the mix.
All the characteristics of classic harissa. Deliciously smoky, sweet, salty with a little heat. A super versatile savoury spread, incredible stirred into noodles, soup, drizzled on roasted root vegetables or in a cheese toastie.
NutShed Peanut Butter is made with highest quality, single origin runner peanuts, which we think have the best characteristics for the perfect roast, the rest is just a pinch of Oriel Irish salt which is the only sea salt on the planet that is harvested through a sealed pressurised system, meaning all the goodness and flavour is retained.
Using whole peanuts, never splits, we roast carefully in small batches to ensure even colouring for the best flavour balance and natural sweetness.
