Nutty Fruity Mix is very “Nutty” because it is full of (unroasted) almonds, hazelnuts, cashews and Brazil nuts and 2 types of peanuts: with and without skin. You don’t often see unroasted peanuts. These don’t taste like peanuts at all, but rather like (raw) fresh peas! So yum! Which is hardly surprising considering peanuts are botanically legumes. “Fruity” in this mix means a perfect dose of raw coconut flakes, cranberries and sultana raisins, cut slightly thicker. Oh yes, we also added some raw pumpkin seeds. And nothing else at all! Only nuts, seeds and fruit from the (sub) tropics: a 100% yum and healthy mix for in between (if you want to snack and opt for a healthy snack) or with (soya) yogurt and muesli!
Our chia muesli combines our toasted clusters with cranberry, popped amaranth, spelt and more chia. The blending of bakes oats, popped rice and coconut with the other raw ingredients is a simple idea, yet the results in muesli which has depth in flavour. Most importantly it won’t go soggy the minute you add your milk. Our Muesli also contains only 12 grams of Fat and only 9.5 grams of unrefined cane sugar per 100g. Like our porridge it contains Omega 3 ALA which will help maintain good cholesterol levels.
