Sheep’s Milk is both highly nutritious and delicious and suitable for those with digestive intolerance to cow’s milk.. Our Kefir cultured in small batches and bottled on our family farm in the Glen-of-Imaal nestled in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains using only Sheep’s Milk from our own milking flock. Kefir is a fermented milk drink similar to a thin yogurt that is made from kefir grains, a specific type of mesophilic symbiotic culture. It is extremely beneficial for gut health. It can be taken on its own or added to smoothies, granola, porridge and many, many other dishes.
