As farmers and foodies, we here at Ballyhubbock Farm are passionate to produce and promote real, farm-fresh, Irish food to as many as possible. Sheep’s Milk is both highly nutritious and delicious and suitable for those with digestive intolerance to cow’s milk. Our flock are grass-fed for extra goodness. Our milk is pasteurised and bottled on our family farm in the Glen-of-Imaal nestled in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains using only Sheep’s Milk from our own milking flock. A rich and creamy milk makes the perfect accompaniment for coffee, granola and many, many other dishes.
