Carraig Fhada Seaweed Dillisk is also referred to as Dulse. It is the most popular sea vegetable found on the shores of the North Atlantic. It is purple in colour and has been used for centuries by North-Western Europeans, primarily for its distinctive spicy flavour. Dillisk has a very high iron content and is rich in protein. It is often used in soups or can be toasted and added to salads. IMPORTANT: This product may contain small sea shells, stones or crustaceans (as it is harvested from the Atlantic Ocean). It is advisable to wash and cook.
