Ballymaloe French Dressing€2.90
Ballymaloe Classic French Dressing marries a gentle balance of Greek cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and pure sunflower oil with white wine vinegar, mustard, garlic and seasoning. Our Classic French Dressing is great for pasta salads, vegetables and mixed leaves. Simply drizzle our Classic French Dressing over freshly-cooked potatoes, with a handful of mixed herbs, mayonnaise and some chopped scallions to make the perfect potato salad.
We’ve been making mayonnaise at Ballymaloe House for a few generations and one thing we do know is that quality ingredients, in the right amounts are key to the perfect mayo. Ballymaloe Mayo is made in small batches using Irish free range eggs and a blend of oils and seasoning, making sure that the traditional recipe is respected. We think that this is what gives it a really good consistency and a rich flavour; just right for any sandwich.

Ballymaloe Steak Sauce with Irish Stout is a distinctive and tasty alternative to peppercorn, garlic butter or Béarnaise sauces. Made with Dungarvan Irish Stout and a mix of tomatoes and well chosen spices, it’s great with burgers, chicken, roasted vegetables and of course a good steak. It can be used as a glaze towards the end of cooking meat so it’s just right for barbecues with friends!

Biona Organic Peanut Butter€3.45
Biona Organic peanut butter is made using carefully selected nuts, which are freshly roasted in small batches just before milling. Enjoy our peanut butter as a bread spread, to add flavour to vegetable dishes or to make a spicy peanut sauce. We do not use additives such as palm fat or emulsifiers. The nut oil may separate – thus does not affect the quality – simply mix back in to restore the creamy consistency.
